Throughout his more than 20-year career at companies ranging from 25 to 25,000 employees, Jeff has established himself as a dynamic team leader at the intersection of product marketing and technology.

Jeff joined Pryon after his impactful roles as Director of Global Customer Communities at Palo Alto Networks and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Icertis, a VC-backed enterprise contract management company.

At Palo Alto Networks, Jeff led the 300% growth of the company’s Live Community from 20,000 to 60,000 members in just two years. Jeff achieve this by transforming the community from a support-focused initiative to one that engaged and provided value across the entire customer journey. He also directed a global team that was responsible for migrating the platform from Jive to Lithium, evolving the community content strategy, and establishing successful community engagement programs.

At Icertis, Jeff was responsible for leading product marketing strategy and organization formation and development. He also created the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) launch strategy including value-based messaging, product portfolio definition, and go-to-market assets.

Jeff’s career is founded on successful product management roles at F5 Networks and Microsoft. As Senior Director of Product Management at F5, he was responsible for driving the company’s online community strategy as well as development, product definition, planning, and management of F5’s API and integration tools. During Jeff’s two years as Senior Product Manager at DataChannel, he contributed to the company’s growth from 30 to 250 employees with major wins at Duke Energy, Medtronic, Raytheon, Rand McNally, Coca Cola, and AT&T. Jeff’s career began at Microsoft where he was Product Manager for Windows CE Tools and TechNet.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
